Thousands of anglers each year take to the beautiful and scenic Little Miami River to fish. The river is home to over 70 different species of fish and the Little Miami Conservancy works tirelessly to ensure the river remains the excellent fishery it has become.
This September, LMC is hosting its 1st ever virtual fishing tournament to raise money for their mission of river conservation. Please consider joining us as we host this friendly competition highlighting the amazing fishing resource that is the Little Miami River!

1st Place- $400 Cabela's Gift Card, Yak Gadget Cup Holder, and Trophy!
2nd Place- $300 Cabela's Gift Card and Yak Gadget Gear Bag
3rd Place- $100 Cabela's Gift Card and Yak Gadget Hat
4th Place- Prize pack provided by Cast Cray Outdoors
5th Place- Prize pack provided by Cast Cray Outdoors
6th through 10th Place- Fly tying kit provided by Matt's Fishin Mission
Big Bass- $100 Cabela's Gift Card
Lines In at 7AM, Lines Out at 5PM
The tournament will be run through the app TournyX and will be based on length of fish (must use either the Hawg Trough manufactured by Hagen’s,the aluminum Ketch Products Measuring Board, the Ketch Karbonate, or the Ketch X measuring board)
TournyX app requires GPS location be enabled for photos to confirm fish are caught in eligible water
All participants must sign and complete the waiver to register
Registration is $40/angler
Eligible water includes all publicly accessible waters of the Little Miami River and Main Tributaries. Main Tributaries refer to any creek DIRECTLY connected to the main stem of the Little Miami River or the East Fork of the Little Miami River.
This tournament is Catch-Photo-Release (CPR) and only artificial bait may be used
Open to all kayak fisherman, fly fisherman, and wade fisherman
Fish must be measured using either the Hawg Trough manufactured by Hagen’s,
the aluminum Ketch Products Measuring Board, the Ketch Karbonate, or the Ketch X measuring board
Scoring will be for the length of the top 3 fish submitted (smallmouth/largemeouth bass only)
Minimum of 8 inches per fish
Multiple fish can be submitted and the app will "auto cull" fish to ensure the top three are chosen
